From TDW: "Democratic Wisconsin State Assembly members erupt in chants of “shame” after their Republican colleagues quickly moved to end debate on Gov. Scott Walker’s controversial budget bill, and voted to approve it within a matter of seconds. According to WTMJ, the vote happened so fast that several stunned Democrats didn’t get a chance to vote. The bill now moves on to the Senate, though it is unclear when it will be voted on as Senate Democrats have absconded to Illinois in order to prevent the measure from passing."
